"The property is older but remodeled and updated cute. However there were some issues we had along our 3 night stay. 1. The longer we were there, the more an overwhelming smell of cat urine crept through the unit. 2. The Backdoor is directly inline with the couch and has no window covering over the large window. 3. The shower was slow to drain and was constantly filled around my feet. "

It’s right on the outskirts of the major city and offers plenty of privacy and exclusivity. Times are tough and we all work hard for our money. This was worth EVERY penny spent! "The house was clean, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Laundry detergent was supplied as well. A minor downside is that when tenants are occupying the upstairs, it can be a bit loud with footsteps, to no fault of the other tenants. However, it was manageable. Overall, we had a comfortable, nice, and affordable place to stay. If we are visiting Colorado Springs in the future, we will be returning here to stay."
