"We had an upgrade. Big room for two people. The room had the balcony with bottle of beer that seems like an ashtray. Inside the room was clean and had a free bottles of water. Staff were so kind and helpful."

"Excellent! This hotel is conveniently located in the central of Naples. It’s walkable to restaurants, shops but it’s a bit walk to central location. The surrounding appears not safe but it’s on a very busy street. Lots of graffiti gave the impression of not a safe place but we felt ok on our second day. It’s a gated hotel and gate was locked at night. One needs hotel card to get in. We would stay here again the next time we visit Naples."

"Great location for a one night stay when flying in or out of Naples airport. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. There is a continental breakfast (was included in our booking). There’s a lounge/bar which also serves some basic food in the evening, or the reception desk will order pizza from a local place that delivers right to the lounge. We were able to walk to the airport from the hotel at 4am with no issues. About a 12-15 min walk."

"The hotel itself is very nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Walking up to the hotel from the outside can be a little disconcerting. If you are not used to big city life and the people that inhabit the big city it could be a little intimidating especially in the evening. That said, the staff is again, so very helpful. "

"Beds were comfortable Good air conditioning Well located for access to Napoli centrale train station and the metro A few reviews said the location was sketchy but we felt all of Naples was a bit like that! We were 2 young female travellers and felt safe here (although we’re always back before dark) Breakfast was basic but ok, could do with a few more choices but was good enough Service friendly and welcoming, would stay again if we returned to Naples "

"If you are looking for 5-star accomodations within a stone's throw of one of the less crowded entrances to the Pompeii ruins, Hotel Forum is the perfect stay! Comfortable, well fitted rooms. Nice breakfast. Very centrally located. We loved that Hotel Forum has many restaurants nearby and one on site. This is a busy area and there was construction going on while we were there which made it feel a bit more hectic, but the fact that the hotel has its own garden area makes you feel like you're...

"The hotel is great, great breakfast, great staff, the area around it is not excellent, kind of dirty and busy, near bus stations, but Napoli is like that in general anyway. Fun stay. "
