"Arrived around 10pm to check in. There was a long line of people who didn't have the foresight to book in advance, and as a result, I had to wait 45 minutes to check in even though I set everything up. Not what I expected at 10pm. Everything else was fine."

"I recently stayed here and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel itself is quite nice—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.
• The Staff: Without a doubt, the service was the standout feature. The team was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
• Atmosphere: The general vibe of the hotel is great and it's clear they take pride in the property.

"My husband and I spent the weekend in New York for our 46th anniversary. we were greeted by Jimmy at the front desk. He couldn’t be happier to help us and give us directions to where we were going. Great personality and an updated room since he knew it was our anniversary. The room was immaculate, as well as the bathroom. I just loved the decor in the room and cleanliness of the hotel. We will be staying there again!"

"I have stayed here a number of three times prior to operations at Northwell Hospital, it’s in a great location wonderful amenities, everyone is so kind. I love Ashley and Jaden at the front desk, Ken who not only does maintenance, but just has a smile on his face. Every time I show up is pure gold., it’s a wonderful hotel to stay at! It’s always clean, housekeeping is so polite and lovely, I’ve never been disappointed!"
