"This hotel exceeded my expectations. We were immediately greeted by a bell hopper as soon as we got out of our Uber, and they carried our luggage up to the front desk. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and our room was clean and spacious. The rooftop pool was right outside of our bedroom, so it got a little loud at times, but never past 10pm. "Good experience as usual. Third time staying in this hotel. But there’s always space to improve:: 1. The internet was failing and it was almost impossible to watch tv. 2. The service in the pool area has to improve, we basically had to get out of the water to go inside the bar and ask for food or drinks. Ironically, beach servers were faster. In general, beautiful place to rest and enjoy vacations!"
