"I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel this one needs to be read.
First, the staff were excellent. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and helpful. In my opinion, they were some of the best hotel staff I’ve encountered. Anything we needed, they handled quickly and professionally.
Unfortunately, the room was a completely different story. This was by far the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. My wife, our three daughters (ages 2, 10, and 16), and I were on a family road...

"Our stay was very good. The lady that checked us in gave us excellent customer service. (Loved the flower in her hair. It really suited her) the pool was amazing. Our suites were very nice. The only issue was the shower. It ran either hot or cold. My son yelled “zero stars” from his freezing cold shower. You really should check the shower in Room 237. That was our only complaint. The shower in my daughter’s room worked great! The beds were so incredibly comfortable. They made it hard to wake...

"We booked one night at the crown plaza and it was very nice the staff were awesome . Ms Oakland was very helpful and provided very great customer service throughout our stay and our breakfast was great . I can't remember her name but the lady was awesome I think she said Ms D was her name"

"The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was $14 for the same thing you get at lesser hotels, free with your stay. Room and Check In Staff were wonderful, breakfast I could have gone the street at a drive thru for more selection."
