"Lovely hotel, although a little pricier than others around. I could have done with a balcony and/ or a lake view for the price. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, restaurant was lovely with a rooftop terrace overlooking the lake. I had to stay 2 nights instead of the 3 that I booked due to the large distance I had to travel. The hotel wouldn’t refund the third night which I thought was quite inflexible."

"The location is fantastic. The hotel is beautiful & very well maintained. The food at Ambrai restaurant was also very good. Staff was helpful. Only issue I had once was at dinner on Friday night when the restaurant got crowded & the intern waiters didn't coordinate my order well. Apart from that all good. The hotel also had private boat facility for sunset tour of lake Pichola, which was pricey but fantastic "

"Brilliant hotel, amazing food, good location, reasonably good service. Best part was that we got a free upgrade. Breakfast was pretty good too. Dinner awesome...so much so that my friend said that he will bring his family there just to dine. One thing - Google maps are not most convenient, don't follow it. Call hotel and take alternate route."
