"Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best hotel in Harare you could stay in. Their service is exquisite, the staff are so friendly and very professional, they greet you with a smile & i quick to respond any issues that arise. "This boutique hotel is clean, safe, and comfortable. The small gym is surprisingly well equipped with free weights, an elliptical, and even a water rowing machine. I had several meals here, and for such a quiet and intimate place, the food was very good. I stayed twice within a week, and while I did have to ask them to adjust the hot water, everything else was just right. Overall, it’s exactly where I would choose to stay again, and I’d recommend it to others."

"It is a secluded place where the staff strive to give an excellent personalised service. Affordable price, it's your home away from home. Air conditioning, WiFi service with a smile. "Overall, it was a great stay. The ONLY thing I didn't like was the sofa and shower. The sofa was not comfortable to sit on and the shower could use more room to set your bathroom things. Overall it was great. Food was a little better than great. Service also was over the top. Thank you so much."
