"Absolutely loved our stay at this place. Everything was a 10/10 and the staff made it so enjoyable. Fernando, Nash, George the security guard and so many other staff members contributed to making our stay fun and peaceful. Favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Quiet and shaded when needed compared to a lot of the other nearby places.. and busy and hustling during prime time in all the good ways. They have certain times and areas open to the outside public who aren’t staying there, but they prioritized their guests above all. They also all work crazy hours too, but never once seemed to complain or be inconvenienced by guests or requests. Everyone was so respectful and kind. "Beautiful beach and easy access to excellent snorkeling. Nice spacious rooms. Excellent food and drinks. Most staff were very friendly and welcoming. There were a few front desk employees that were less than friendly or helpful. Overall a great stay. "
