"I booked this hotel for my elderly parents as my mother had a hospital appointment close by, she is quite poorly, the staff went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable ! she had a special meal cooked for her that she could eat (she has this was not on the menu and also they also made her an oatmilk porridge for breakfast) this meant so much to her as she is frightened to eat out normally. The hotel was spotless."

"A spacious room, very clean, plenty of hot water in the bathroom, friendly staff, open 24 hours, this is second time to stay and found out that there’s a bus stop right next to the hotel, all what I needed!"

"- walls were paper thin. Could hear the conversation of my neighbours, switches, toilet (yes) etc - room temp was at 24 deg; lowered it then woke up in a furnace to find it had moved itself back to 24 deg - no bedside table "
