The room was beautiful, comfortable, and enjoyable. Would’ve been nice to have a tub or a hot tub somewhere. The entertainment was decent. Although nice, this wasn’t worth the amount charged per night nor was this adult only as hotels.com stated. Definitely not coming back to a riu resort. "

"This is a very fancy hotel, and the geography is beautiful. The staff is solid, but they cater to the owners of the villas located on site…not the hotel guests. There was also loud music until late at night two nights we were there, once until 4:00am. "

"Our first time in Jamaica and a Sandals we loved it. We had a standard room, comfy bed and cleaned daily got extra shampoo/soap when I asked for it. Dining options were great, very friendly and helpful staff. Food was really good, we will be back in 2026! "
