"The Expedia property description and the property's own brochure were both totally misleading.
Having been an Expedia client for many years, I rely on the their information for making decisions about locations to consider. This time we were duped.
We were told of dining and bar options that were either closed permanently, closed early, or provided very limited options. For example, the coffee shop's espresso machine was broken and had been for months. The lobby bar and Italian restaurants...

"What a great location with 5 star views. We practically had the entire beach to ourselves for the 5 days we stayed. The resort could use a little updating but I’m not complaining because I loved every bit of our time there. Breakfast is amazing! I’m so sad it’s going to be turning into a club med. Such a beautiful resort."

"The pros: The ocean view was nice! Hearing the waves at all times of the day was very relaxing. Location was great! Very close to Christiansted. Within 35min to almost any thing else. I appreciated having a first floor unit to have a back patio for sitting out. I enjoyed being in a very “local neighborhood”. We did not mind that this is not a swimming spot. There’s others nearby.
Master bed was very comfortable. Cooking utensils and additional spices provided adequately.

"Beautiful property! Perfect for a large family, friends or a couple. The house is spread out for maximum privacy. The common area and outdoor space is great for making memories that will last a lifetime. The "Fountain of Youth" was enjoyed by young and old alike. We all also enjoyed the wildlife around the property, what a pleasant surprise. This was a trip of a lifetime! Don't hesitate. Book SEA VIEW PLAY today."

"Close to beach. Seaweed a problem but taken care of daily if not creates an odor. Few bugs taken care of by the exterminator. Roaches. Was told this condo had been closed up. S Overall the stay was nice."
