"Bien situé pour les plages de Capbreton, la taille de l'appartement n'est pas mal. Le personnel est très sympathique et courtois. Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés. Les points négatifs: - le parking autour de la structure sont très vite saturés et il est parfois compliqué de se garer. - le bruit du canal d'accès au port. - une forte odeur d'urine en permanence à l'entrée du bâtiment - il est fastidieux et un peu long de sortir de ce quartier pour se rendre hors CapBreton.
