"Although the townhouse is not located right on the beach, all you have to do is walk the length of 2 houses, cross a street and walk on a short boardwalk to the sand. The beach is very open and we were there when it really wasn't beach season so it was very empty and great for walking. The townhouse is very spacious and well appointed. Everything seemed like it was almost new! David is an excellent host and we had a few questions which he answered immediately. This was our first time going...

"House was not clean properly, pillows and covers smelled mushy and not been washed for a long time. We all got sick, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea on the second day. We did not eat anything out, our food was cooked by us in the house. My 3 y/o son got Asthma exacerbation. Other than the ocean view, it was a terrible Christmas for us. "

"We arrived after 11:00 PM from a long flight. The front desk managers were so friendly and extremely helpful as I couldn’t find my wallet although my Resversation was paid in advance. I began to panic because I had my drivers license in my wallet. The two of them commonly begin to ask me for other photo ID and that worked out. I’m so thankful for their patience and kindness and the warm cookies they sent me to my room with. The property was clean and safely well lit from the parking lot to our room. Our room was spacious, perfectly cleaned and we slap on the most comfortable beds we had been in during the week we were gone on vacation. Of course checkout was easy. As a Hilton Honors member I highly recommend this property. And look forward to staying here in the future."
