"Große (Ent)täuschung! Aus zwei Gründen: 1) Wir hatten ein 4 Personen Apartment gebucht. Es waren aber lediglich zwei Zimmer, keine Kochnische, kein Kühlschrank, auch kein Balkon. Das dürfte nicht als Apartment angeboten werden! 2) Wellnessbereich (Pool und Sauna) war nicht in gebuchten Preise inkludiert, musste extra bezahlt werden. Es müsste beim Buchen angezeigt werden, wenn der Wellnessbereich in einen 4* Hotel nicht inkludiert ist. Außerdem weist das Hotel große Instandhaltungsmängel auf...

"Very new and very nice. Out of everything it was just as it should be! One thing I would recommend is to remove the big tree in front of the sauna as that would make for a beautiful view. But this is only a recommendation. Everything was great."

We also enjoyed the spa and only comment we have is that we wished the jacuzzi water should be warmer. In addition, we were surprised that at the 4 star hotel there was no bottled water available in the room."
