We loved the pool and sauna. The apartment was spacious but the heating was on and we couldn’t control it. It was extremely hot and not all rooms in the apartment have a window, so we couldn’t sleep. We were told their system was old so once they turn it on its central.

Very good staff took care of a complaint I had about room being too hot solved issue. Great amenities especially in kitchen, spacious layout, great balcony. I would stay there again. Lots of parking, near town.

Had a one night stay. Our room had plenty space and full of appliances. Ate at the Resturant which the food was delicious. The hotel employees at the front desk and the Resturant host was friendly and helpful.

Apartment was generous and well proportioned. Good basic amenities but as the pool and restaurant were shut we were a little stuck. It is within walking distance of Schladming but it's a long walk back up hill. Shag pile carpet a little odd. Clean rooms, well laid out and equipped.

Some of the staff were very helpful and friendly while others were rude and unhelpful. There was limited tea , coffee and sugar provided and no milk. This is not much to supply given where the hotel is located and cost. Overall a good stay however being from another country did not feel overly welcome here.

Amazing view of the mountains! Wish our room faced them instead of the woods. Pool was under construction. Restaurant was in a different build and had to be booked ahead of time. Not very convenient. Elevator needed an upgrade. No air conditioning despite that being advertised. No ice.

Nice, clean and becoming more modern

Looked at some other places before I ended up booking this one but glad I did spacious room and the included private kitchenette was a plus. Did not need that but it was cool it was there. Bed was fairly comfortable And the drive down from the hotel into the city was amazing also plus plenty of parking. The towel warmer got the towels. Extremely warm, almost too much and also heated up the room. I just left the bathroom door closed and it kept it nice and toasty in there. I couldn't quite find a way how to lower down but I'm pretty sure if I contacted them and they reached out to me through WhatsApp a couple times during the stay to check in and make sure everything was okay. I would highly recommend it and would go back. Hopefully I wouldn't need to and I can get a place there but if not or in the time being I would look at coming back. I see that they're doing renovation. I'm excited to see what more they have to offer
