"Rooms clean and warm but could do with a freshen up decoratively. Staff were very helpful. My only issue was the lack of disabled facilities. The ground floor rooms were sorted, but no walk in shower was available for us, and the small lift in the bar area was not working, nor did I see anyone attending to it during our 2 night stay. This limited where my family could sit for meals."

"The Half Moon has no lift so people with mobility problems have to climb the steep stairs to the accommodation floor. The shower in the room is in the bath so also a problem for people with mobility problems. The room is in need of upgrading. The pub is a Marston’s house but there was a guest beer. The pub said that they did not sell enough beer."
