Cruise.
The Good - the staffs are friendly and always served with a smile. I'd like to praise our tour manager Ariel specially for her professionalism. She lost her cellphone while trying to keep guest from falling off the bamboo boat. She continued to serve with a smile despite losing a phone that could cost her a month's salary plus vital informations that may not be recoverable.
The bad - the dinner was good. However the French-style portions are...

"Everything about this Ambassador cruise was outstanding. The cabin was spacious, spotless and beautifully appointed. The crew were wonderful -friendly, helpful and always ready to assist.
