"We have been to Vietnam before and this is the first time we decided to stay with Vinpearl. We typically stay at Accor Hotels. In summary this is at best a 3 star hotel. Carpet on our floor smelled horrible, beach was disgusting, rubbish floating around the beach, room service knocked on our door ..."

"Kids & I enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Staff were attentive and responsive when engaging with our inquiries. Only feed back I have for improvement is the issue with the washroom ventilation system. There seems to be no venting fan and the washroom smelt of urine, stale air and a bit fishy at times, ..."
