"Overall, the hotel is a good place to stay. The common areas are dated. Need new hallway carpets and new carpet in the rooms. The rooms have been partially updated. The bathroom is nice except the sink is in the open. The hotel could use new pillows and blankets. The breakfast is buffet, not worth the $20 they charge. Ok if included in package. You can order eggs cooked your way if you ask the waiter.
I would stay again for the right price."

"Staff was nice, easy check in process. Breakfast was a great amenity and they had water bottles in the room for us - not all hotels do this so it was nice.
The room was clean, and the area is quiet and convenient."

"Perfecto para una estancia cerca del aeropuerto. Hotel bastante nuevo, con un lobby muy agradable, un outlet de starbacks en el lobby y restaurante. Tambien es buen sitio para hacer compras en el mall que está just al lado."

"The staff was great and helped us find addresses to restaurants and great recommendations.
Room was spotless.
Coffee is all we had in the morning and it was good.
Sadly we had a very heavy footed person staying above us that woke us up. No insulation between floors."

"Always like staying at doubletree. However, we did not have a working shower. When we went downstairs to address it, no one was at the front desk. When we finally got someone, they said there was nothing they could do. Two nights and we had to use the hot water from the sink in order to “shower.” I understand things happen but it would have been nice if a manager or something even attempted to reach out.
