"Awful experience!!! My husband and I checked in at DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu - Longquanyi on 9 June. While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there. "Decent hotel after all. Has underground tunnel access (take elevator to B1) to the subway station. Rooms were pretty comfy. Negatives are that the AC appeared to be limited at night to around 23 Celsius or so and the room got pretty humid. Also, the toilet has a weird smell."
