"The soundproofing of my room was extremely terrible that literally could hear ppl coughing and vomiting at late night. Their staff was trying to offer a breakfast and fruit when I requested to change a room or cancel my reservation instead of resolving the root cause. Excuse me WTH it’s not a motel"
