"We really enjoyed staying at this property. They had a shuttle that made it very convenient to be able to go downtown and get picked up from downtown and come back to the hotel. We flew in, we never needed a car.We stayed there five days and four nights and really liked the property.And the staff and the rooms were nice.The pool was nice and again.The shuttle to go downtown and be picked up and come back with awesome and shuttle to the airport"

"It is a great place for both kids and adults or even just a couple looking for romantic getaway. There's plenty of good food at the bar but one Duvall is not great for kids. It's better for adults and a nice night out. Staff is great. The rooms have beautiful views and having a private beach is an a+."

"Very nice property, great location, right near the beach(which is rare in Key West). Our only issue was the housekeeping services. We took the privacy sign off the door and were expecting to get the room cleaned while we were gone for the whole morning. Usually, thats when the cleaning is done. We returned in the afternoon, room wasn't clean. Had to to contact the front desk to have the room cleaned. Also, our VIP status included a bottle of wine, which was offered to us during check-in time but was never given to us. Other than that, we loved staying at this resort. Would definitely recommend it to others."
