I called the reception desk to ask for a shower get and sandals, the lady told me we only provide it by request. 🤔 I believe these thing are the basic necessities. I mean a big name Hotel like Hilton. I ask if ther a sauna and steam room she told me no we don’t have it. That kind of threw me off. Our luggage weren’t even sent to our room until we asked several times. Overall, it was not a good experience for me and I wouldn’t be going back there. "
