Sød og familiært personale med stort overblik trods mange spisende gæster.
Fin lille spa afdeling med pool, sauna og relax område.
Etablering af ladestandere til el-biler bør overvejes, da byen Neuhausen ikke tilbyder nogen offentlige ladestandere! "

"We really enjoyed our stay on the castle property!
The rooms were very clean, service was attentive and prompt, and access was easy. The castle exterior is impressive and has been well-kept. The castle interior is now more of an exhibition space than anything resembling castle quarters or museum. But again, that is the castle.
The hotel rooms themselves were ornate, clean, and beds were comfortable. We reserved one of the bridal suites, so we had an abundance of space.
