"I really enjoyed this property, the staff was helpful and very friendly. The pool was very nice and clean and well maintained. The restaurants and snack shacks surrounding the pool were great, the food was very good and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The room was very clean and and modern. The mini bar in the room was very well stocked and replenished daily. The in room coffee was very good. I will definitely return to this hotel."

"Krystal Grand's service was disappointing. During my stay, students from Lucerna school caused disruption, including inappropriate behavior in the pool and unprofessional attitudes from staff and students. Communication issues and neglect of guest concerns, including an assault, worsened the experience. The lobby staff's poor communication also made the final days unpleasant.

"The staff were not helpful. We arrived early on and got our room late. We got the wrong room for what we paid for. The room was dirty and there was water leak from ceiling.
