"Hotel is conveniently located (near transit routes and a short walk to Sagrada Família) and fairly updated and clean. Our air conditioner in our room was not working well and they tried to fix it twice with no luck - we were eventually moved to a new room but had to wait a few days. Staff was helpful and professional. Rooms were quiet and beds were comfortable. There’s a grocery store located nearby, along with a number of decent casual restaurants. Would stay here again!"

"Solid hotel with a nice lounging area by the pool. Rooms were very small even for a European hotel and the air conditioning wasn’t as strong as other Spanish hotels we’ve stayed at. The location is good, about 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station, and the beds are very comfortable."

"Room as expected clean but basic. Perhaps could have been better. Shower over bath no plug if you wanted a bath. Instructions for air conditioning would’ve have been helpful as we couldn’t figure how to turn off the first night. We were not alone. Restaurant good but lacked vegetarian options but staff were helpful only eat there two nights. Breakfast was good. Staff on reception were very helpful to find our way round taxis or buses to get to where we wanted. Spa was excellent and a must visit if staying here."
