"Very nice, authentic hotel with beautiful garden and surroundings and beautiful beach. Bathroom condition was poor, there was no shower tray, just the blocked water drain that caused flooding of the bathroom floor. Room balcony was large and really nice and beds very comfortable apart from pillows that were too firm. Room and the bedding was clean. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful but food in the main restaurant wasn't edible so we had to eat sandwiches at the beech/pool bar because...

"The bathroom had a lot of mould & the shower diverter was not working properly so very poor water pressure- very hard to wash your hair when the tap below is running at full pressure. We advised the receptionist & asked for a room change, no rooms available & nothing was done to fix the problem in the shower cubicle.
The staff in the dining & bar were excellent & very friendly "

"We stayed 11 days as 3 families and liked the green surroundings and the nearby beach. Employees and fun team are friendly. The cons are the daily buffets and beverages which are below average and quite repetitive. My family initially took the family apartment which turned out to have very old furniture, only one AC in one of the rooms and a very old shower with bad curtains so the water ended up on the floor.
