Very good hotel!!!

Very beautiful and new hotel. Accommodation was incredible with very good room service. All facilities working excellent. Although the beach is by the side, the swimming pool is very nice too. Everything was more than perfect. Can't wait to visit it again...

Nie wieder dort hin. Pool ist schmutzig. Strand ist nur Steine statt Sand wie auf dem bild gezeigt wird. Nicht genügend Liegen 3 tage nicht zimmer gereinigt und teilweise kein wasser zum Duschen. Wenn jemand das Gegenteil behaupten der lügt nur. Einfach nur schrecklich Es dient nicht mal für not Unterkunft

Visade sig vara mer ett 2-stjärnigt hotell än något annat. Dålig frukost med lite utbud. Enda maträtt på menyn som var duglig var burgaren, inget annat var planerat, varken städning, service eller liknande, då var du tvungen att be dom det. Inget jag besöker igen. Faciliteter som AC, minikyl, Balkong, Pool och bar fanns och nära till stranden, vilket gjorde att de får två 2 stjärnor av mig.

Amazing stay and the best staff!

This hotel is really amazing, the value that you get for your money is a lot, with the hotel being right next to the beach, the nice swimming pool, big and bright rooms and amazing service. The owner especially was amazing to us and recommend nice places to visit during our stay. One of the moat amazing service that I’ve ever gotten at a hotel.

We arrived on time and we were waiting for a whole hour before we were able to go to the room. The room was dark and you could smell mold! We paid for dinner as additional charges when booking. Big mistake! They were laterally offering only fish heads salad! Not only us but everyone wasn’t eating! We were shocked. We spent the night there and left in the morning to a different hotel. Front desk agreed to all companies (about mold and food) and provided stamped check out “sticky note” with date and time of the check out. After that hotel refused to refund our money! Even when experts from Expedia reach out to them they refused to refund the days that we did not stay in “hotel”. Pure hazard! Please avoid it!

Army food better! Most workers not happy there!

Housekeeping is only every other day. Towels changes were suppoed to be daily, not! 2nd last day we got 2 stinky dirty towels, no handtowels. no schedule, came during dinner mostly. Crib beds for toddlers supposed to be available free, but we were charged 5 euro per day, no mattress! Duh! Food, a dissapointment. Selection was very small, often repeated and some recycled as leftovers - seriously, Army food was better. Food from paid menu was excellent, so ??? Many complaints with many going to restorants in New Skion. Parking is free, but painfull to get in and out. Rooms, ok, nothing special. No real kids play area. Mosquitoes - swarms! Nets and bug juice a must! And housekeeping always left doors wide open so room was full of mosquitoes when you came home from beach. Nobody we talked to seemed happy with this hotel, none planned to return. Wifi! Not in the rooms, only bar! and reception. Not as advertized. To access, you must click facebook "Like"... dirty trick! Most noticable, most workers seemed to really hate working there, especially the chef... impression that this was beneeth him... all boiled or broiled and oversalted! Seriously, Army food was better. One positive, the beach was ok. Although mostly stones at water edge, a few meters in its sand. Beach shoes a must however. Suggestions to improve. 1) better food, better selection 2) wifi on beach and if possible in rooms 3) happier workers 4) moquito screens on doors. 5) Real kids play area.

Katastrof , bilder ljuger!!

Katastrof!! Detta var det hemskaste vi varit med om. Det började med att personalen kunde inte ta fram två bokningar som betalades samtidigt. De menade på det fanns endast en bokning. Och var knappt behjälpliga! Efter 45 min, såg dom att det fanns ytligare en som vi försökte visa med vårat betalningskvitto. Rummen!? Det stod att hotellet var 4 stjärniga! Var de mest sunkigast jag varit med om. Vi kom knappt ut eller in genom dörrarna. Toaletterna var skabbiga!! Handdukarna var stora fläckar. Personalen behöver nog gå en kurs i hur man bemöter kunder. Tråkigt för tror hotellet eller spökhotellet har potential! Det ligger fint men nergånget och bortglömt. Men i rätt händer så kanske de kunde i en framtid bli ett 4 stjärniga men idag -stjärnor. Borde stänga ner.

Quattro stelle di cui due perse per strada!

Colazione e Cena con pochissimo cibo e poca scelta. Di notte e non solo andava via la corrente e si moriva di caldo. Mentre sei in stanza al mattino presto entrano a fare le pulizie... personale poco ma gentile. Acqua durante i pasti presa dal rubinetto! Acqua della doccia fredda durante il tardo pomeriggio. Asciugamani e coperte avvolte con macchie ma profumavano.

When we arrived after a 3 hour drive they told us that they didn’t have any rooms available. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. They didn’t even care. Just brushed us off. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!!!

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön und das Team ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Aber die Zimmer sind in keinem guten Zustand: der halbe Türrahmen fehlte im Bad, der Duschkopf fiel während des Duschens herunter und das Gewinde zerbrach, die Vorhänge waren dreckig und die Tür war mind.schon 1x aufgebrochen worden. Pool und Strand sind schön und das Essen war recht gut am Poolrestaurant allerdings das Frühstück am Morgen sehr enttäuschend. Wir werden dort vorerst nicht mehr hinfahren!

Hotel close to a beach which seemed inattended

The management of the hotel seems to have no experience managing a 4 star hotel. No skill for tourism tips in the area. The cleaning was done after the 3rd day, dinner offered half board was really below all we could expect from a 4 star hotel. We came in a group to spend 4 days half board. But from the second day, we gave up meals. The waiters are dedicated but they seem lacking means.

A quiet and nice place to rest with friendly staff. Beautiful hotel complex with a large swimming pool. From the 12 days we stayed, only 2 days served the cookies. No animation for children.
