"Excellent hotel. Only disappointing thing was not being able to have a drink with a group of five people in the rooftop bar. They were plenty of tables for four and we were told we could only have a drink inside."

"Extremely disappointing stay.
The room and bathroom were not clean on arrival, and basic amenities such as conditioner and toothpaste were not provided. The air conditioning did not work, and there was no hot water in the shower, which are fundamental services that should be available in any hotel.
What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the concierge, who was rude and unhelpful when assistance was requested.
I raised these issues through Expedia after my stay, but the hotel...

"Located very close to the main train station so you can easily roll your luggage to/from. The city is generally very walkable with a lot of nice cafes and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The property is a solid 20 minute walk from the old town, although a lot of buses can take you there and these run frequently from the main station."

"Overall good experience. Staff were really friendly and the location was perfect. The room could have been a little cleaner, however. Windows had marks on, especially lower down which could've been from a dog. Breakfast staff were also really friendly and accommodating, some food like bacon and egg had run out and not re-stocked when we visited. They kindly made us some more bacon just for us around closing time. View was lovely throughout the hotel."

"Hotel pas pratique si vous voyager en famille. Air de douche et porte de toilette vitrée qui fait en sorte qu’il n’y a aucune intimité. Je ne recommande pas du tout en famille ou amis."

"The hotel was very accommodating allowing us to check in early. The room was clean and comfortable. If I had been traveling by myself, the group of people sitting and drinking outside the hotel would have been a concern.
Location was amazing and the staff were great."
