"This hotel is magical and elegant. The food is beautifully prepared, high quality and delicious. You will dine on a patio with a beautiful view. It was truly a special evening for my family. We enjoyed taking public transportation to the hotel. A short train ride from Genève Corantin Station then hop on a short bus ride (bus 73 and get off at Penney Dessis) that drops you off a few minutes from the hotel. This cost 6 CHF pp instead of a 50 uber ride. I highly recommend visiting."

"Great location, owner was a Electric car wizz which was helpful at times for someone who was using one of these for the first time. The owners were very prescriptive of how to tidy the flat etc. Perhaps they shouldn't rent on Hotels.com since this wasn't a hotel in any shape or form. It was disappointing that the accomodation wasn't physically in the main Residence, just a small lockoff on the side of the residence"

"The suite we stayed in at the Squirrel House was phenomenal. Great amenities including a mini kitchen. Scenic large outdoor deck with comfortable lounge chairs overlooking the mountains and Lac Annecy. Great views! Living room, bedroom and bathroom were all top notch. And a buffet breakfast was included at the Chalet itself. Best of all the 6 hotels we stayed in while travelling around France. Excellent except… air conditioning was set so it could not go below 23. Made it too warm for us. Yes, you can open the windows but because the bedroom window was literally at ground level, and there was no screen, we were not comfortable leaving it open during the night. Other than that, this 5 day stay was a highlight of our trip to France."

"The hotel advertises they have a restaurant every evening, but I was advised on check in that restaurant wasn’t open on my first night. I thought this was rather poor given it is a hotel airport and there was no forewarning so I couldn’t make other meal plans. Otherwise great stay."

"Relatively cheap place to stay comparative to the prices in Geneva. As stated, the property is in France, so the commute to Geneva does take a while, on average 40-50min by public transport. As for the hotel, its pretty spacious, average cleanliness. The carpet in the halls were old and musty, but inside the rooms, it was clean for the most part. Overall, decent hotel for the price, main downside is really just the distance Geneva."
