Family trip to geneva

Amazingly helpful and friendly staff made this family trip to Geneva one to remember. The hotel is definitely my idea of what a 5 star facials should aim to be. All the amenities, hotel staff and room services were brilliant. We will definitly be back. if anyone has a hotel that they are aiming to make the best and that will entice customers to want to come back then stay here and experience what you should be aiming to be.

Good hotel but I expected more. I was with two kids and I thought a lot of activities can be book thru the hotel but not the horses the water ski neither the golf.

A fantastic stay at Jiva Hill. We will go back without a doubt as it was terrific for all of us. The only thing I would not do next time, is go to the Jiva Hill restaurant. We waited 40 minutes for someone to take our order and a further 40 minutes before we got any of our meal. With a starving 9 year old and feeling at little tired as it approached to 10.20pm we decided to head to our room. When we got the food, it was absolutely delicious but sadly the wait, and the feeling of complete and utter disorganisation and lack of communication between the staff led to a disappointing experience. We will try the Italian restaurant on site next time, which, we have been assured is much faster service.

Amazing hotel and location - ultimate retreat

We stayed here for a weekend in November and I have to say it exceeded all of our expectations. It is short drive from Geneva airport. the hotel offers a shuttle service for c£54 which is the cheapest we could find. The location is stunning. Surrounded by the golf course and mountains all around. It was also lovely weather. We were able to sit out in our swimwear for a good few hours in the day. We had one of the lodges with a private Jacuzzi and it is one of the best places we have stayed. It is like a private retreat. There is a spa and I had a lovely massage there. The food and drink is very nice though a little expensive. We didn't eat at Shamwari, but the restaurant looked nice. Staff are very professional and attentive. There are bikes that can be used free of charge. We went for a bike ride to the centre of the village where there was a supermarket and some other shops. If you are looking for tranquillity, with stunning views and ultimate luxury this is the place for you.
