"My husband ended up in hospital for a week and the Hotel was amazing. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed including finding me a room even though they were fully booked. There is lots of parking out the back but on a busy weekend it can be hard to get into the carpark as there is no reservations. Just another minor thing. In English the laundry sheet says if the articles are at the reception before 9am you get same day service. However I was charged for express...

"Chambre propre,literie confortable. belle salle de bain( prévoir shampoings car il y a que du gel douche). Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner copieux. Parking sécurisé. "Very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We arrived tired after a 7 hour drive and they did everything to help us settle in. Brilliant room - the air-con actually worked. Swimming pool was fun and made the stay."

"We have no idea how this hotel is ranked four stars. We were expecting something much nicer and ended up disappointed. Something is off with the rating system. The pool/spa was nice and I’ll give it four stars but the rooms and rest of the hotel deserves three stars."
