Trotz mehrmaliger Bitte, sah sich die Hotel-Managerin außer Stande einen Sonnenschirm (25.-€) bereit zu stellen. Bei 290.-€ pro Nacht (13 Übernachtungen) hätten wir etwas mehr Service erwartet.
