L’hôtel est un peu vieillot mais le cadre est magnifique, nous avons adoré la piscine atypique et l’accès direct sur la plage. Nous avons eu un beau coucher de soleil tout en sirotant nos cocktails au bar. Par contre l’accueil n’est pas le même pour tous les clients de l’hôtel. Personne ne nous a proposé de prendre nos bagages comme pour les arrivées avant et après nous (nous avons vu et entendu les propositions pour les autres). C’est vraiment dommage de ne pas avoir eu cette petite attention dans un hôtel 4 étoiles surtout que je suis une femme enceinte de 7 mois…

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Le Saint Alexis. The location was perfect and the beach access was exceptional! Our room was very comfortable and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool area. We were three adults traveling - me, my husband, and our daughter. I was pleasantly surprised with the spacious room. The main bedroom was separated by doors to the living area, with a pullout couch for our daughter. The staff were always helpful. The security guards were happily willing to open the upper gates for us when asked so we could park our car closer to our room. The buffet breakfast was excellent and Celine always greeted us with a smile & great conversation! I would highly recommend this hotel to those traveling in the area!

configuration de la suite pas adaptée aux familles. les enfats doivent passer dans la chambre des parents pour aller aux toilletes. Aucune intimité dans la SDB étant donné qu'il y a une ouverture sur la chambre des parents. La restauration en demi pension manquait de gout. Pas digne d un 4 étoiles. Personnel agréable

Chambre avec entrée piscine Superbe mais petit bémol très mal insonorisée, et les autres résidents de l’hôtel se baignent et passent devant la chambre même la nuit . Autrement hôtel atypique et très agréable malgré la vétusté des installations tout est très bien entretenu . Petit déjeuner très bon .

Beaucoup de choses à revoir

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, nous n’avons pas vu le service qui va avec. Les chambres sont fatigués et assez vétustes, un peu comme tout l’hôtel. J’ai dû replacer la prise électrique de la chambre. À notre arrivée nous avons eu peu d’informations sur le fonctionnement et les lieux de l’hôtel. Le jus d’accueil ressemble à un jus lowcost qui n’est pas digne du standing d’un hôtel de cette gamme.

Déçu par rapport aux années précédentes.

La restauration du soir n'est pas très satisfaisante. Le service est beaucoup trop long ( en moyenne 1/2 heure pour obtenir l’entrée). Certains plats sont trop salés et présences de cheveux dans une entrée. Par contre l'accueil et le service de chambre sont excellents.
