"Stayed at the hotel for a bit more than a week. Looks very nice aesthetically. Very nice and flexible cleaning staff...that's where the good parts end honestly. "Amazing staff that would do anything to help and an unbeatable location. Rooms were incredible (and always somehow smelt terrific) and breakfast was not perfect but a good effort. Didn't give a perfect score because the WiFi was very hit and miss (more miss than hit), rooms sometimes got incredibly cold and were a bit odd. For example, the lightswitch was nowhere near the bed which is really strange for a hotel. Also, the room had a kettle but zero tea making facilities - was I supposed to...

"I would've given this hotel an excellent rating were it not for the terrible wifi connection. It's brand new right beside Shanhu Lake (north side). Be sure to show the Chinese address and name of the hotel. Very few taxi drivers know where it is since it's brand new. The hotel's telephone number in expedia is incorrect! I've attached a screenshot of the hotel's Chinese name and address below. Even with this information, our taxi driver had trouble finding it. Oddly it doesn't show up in a google...
