"The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really...

"We loved everything about Sunset at the Palms! It was so beautiful... such a vibe! Stone, dark carved wood, art and gorgeous plants EVERYWHERE. We immediately felt calm and relaxed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food and drinks were great. The beach was stunning, and it was so fun hanging at the pool bar. The spa was wonderful as well... great couples massage!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel in West End Negril. Staff were super nice and welcoming everyone of them. We would definitely return if visiting Negril againl. Wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. "
