"The property is nice but is lacking:` The property management team never answers the phone and will keep you on hold for several minutes before putting you to vm. IF you call after 4 or 5pm do not expect a call back until the next day. Same for email. Nothing until next day. Had one key and had to ask for another key but once again the mgt team did not get back to us until next day. So we had two families with two separate cars. Meaning we could not go our separate ways.
