"We had an amazing experience! A special shoutout to Jose, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He gave us great recommendations on things to do and places to visit, and after only a couple of interactions, he already remembered our names and room number. That level of attentiveness really shows how much he cares about his guests.

"The location is gorgeous! Our villa was ok for us (2 adults, 4 teens) but could have been better. It was 2 levels but you had to go outside to get between the two floors.

"After a long day of traveling from the U.S. to Antonio Manuel, Costa Rica, we arrived around 7:30 p.m. to check in, but no one was there. The property looked closed and there was no staff anywhere on site and the door was locked.
