Upon arrival, I was first given the wrong room, which had a broken shower and exposed electrical cables something that felt extremely unsafe. "We had a terrible experience with this place! 1. We had NO WiFi for the entire stay; we had to purchase our own wireless modem from MTN for 45000 FRW ($35). We should be refunded for this! 2. We found ants in the apartment and we reported it, but it took the staff 2 DAYS to finally do something about it! 3. "This property is located close to the airport but far away from any tourist destinations. Very expensive to get from the property to Kigali city. Many moto taxi don't know how to get there.. "

"The Host was very helpful. He came to pick me up from the airport and this was very useful. The house is in a good location very close to the KCC which was very useful to me. The house was relatively clean and comfortable except for a few quickly addressed challenges. However, the place needs a fan especially when the weather is a bit warm. I would stay here again if I find myself in Kigali. "
