"This was my second time staying at this hotel and I feel it is getting a little tired looking. Also they are not very keen to give you extra towels you have to ask all the time. On a positive note the location is excellent for touring London. It also has a large shopping mall next to it. "

We got breakfast added free to our booking thanks to the kind staff as we were celebrating just becoming newlyweds. And we were also able to extend our checkout with ease. "My wife could not connect to the Wifi on the firestick that we brought from home. She tried the front desk, but there was nothing they could do. So they then resorted to buying the movie on the "Internet TV" Youtube, but that also just showed the loading screen and never ended up working. It was dissapointing as I booked it for my wife and her friend to have a nice relaxing time away from the kids. "
