En dos días consecutivos se solicitó jabón líquido de baño a la habitación. Nadie respondió. Se bajó personalmente al front desk a reiterarlo, y aun así, nunca lo llevaron. Tres intentos para recibir un artículo de higiene básico que debería estar en la habitación sin necesidad de pedirlo. A eso se suma la falta de opciones de alimentación en horario nocturno, lo cual resulta ser un inconveniente real para huéspedes con itinerarios activos o llegadas tardías. Pero lo que más impactó fue la actitud del personal: indiferente, poco empática, como si el huésped fuera una molestia. En hotelería, el servicio no es un plus, es el producto. Y en ese aspecto, este hotel falló. No se recomienda."

The breakfast buffet is amazing and the food in the restaurant is as good as any of the restaurants in the city, there was only two things that weren’t great the housekeeping staff didn’t really clean the room too well daily they would forget to refill the coffee and change out the coffee cups, and would even leave used room service plates in the room. also one other thing I was on the sixth floor and there was some loud noise above my room all night long. I don’t know what it was. It did not prevent me from sleeping much, but perhaps that should be looked at. "
