The staff at the hotel are fantastic, especially Marta in the restaurant/bar. She was so friendly and gave us great service. The hotel is really nice. It is modern with the facilities in a good state of repair. A couple of minor things for me. The breakfast menu didn’t change daily, although the offering was fresh, tasty and bountiful. Another slight issue- no tea/coffee facilities in the room, however that is not a big issue. The housekeeping was excellent and our room was very well serviced. I would recommend this hotel.

Its is very clean hotel and the hotel area is very quiet neighborhood. Hotel staff are very helpful. Only thing i dont like is the hotel area is far from commercial shopping area and eating area but my overall experience with this hotel is still excellent.

Excellent stay! It's in a safe, clean neighborhood, close to highways, spacious room with four beds, washer, and kitchenette. I would gladly stay there again with my family.

Spacious family room in a quiet boutique hotel in Chamartin area. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was nice, area was safe and easy taxi ride to the airport or train station. There is room service, a restaurant inside and another one next door. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing go to place to stay in Madrid.

Wonderful stay. I always stay here - near the airport, Feria/Exhibition. Great chef in the Kitchen. Super staff. Rooms great. Easy to get to centre via closeby metro and bus service. Amazing!
