"Hotel was very well located for a night in New York and broadway play. Hotel was clean and accessible, not really geared to kids but my kids enjoyed it. I think the pool was open but was cold and resort fee was high for not many amenities overall a good hotel to stay at with excellent staff."

"FLY/NATS IN SHOWERS. HAIR IN “CLEAN TOWELS” Stains on bed sheets. Weird smell coming out shower drain. Rude security guard AND front desk workers. The ONLY convenient thing is the location being in Times Square. Other than that throw it away. And the lobby looks nice, but the rooms are like little jail cells. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a wicked man. OHH and a cleaner opened my door while I was in bed because I didn’t respond to “housekeeping”. ( this was around 9am BEFORE the 12pm checkout time). I’ve NEVER in my life written a review. But this place right here. Nah I want my refund—still waiting for them to respond to my email sent DAYS AGO. Be careful with this catfish place. "
