"Nice hotel with a few misses Overall a really nice hotel, great location and a beautiful view. The pool is a highlight: big, properly deep and spotless. Rooms are spacious too. A few things let it down. The bathroom layout doesn't work. Water goes everywhere when you shower and there's no squeegee to clear it, so you end up walking through puddles every time you go to brush your teeth. We'd booked a room with two beds and that wasn't what we got. They set up a small separate sofa bed instead,...

"I stayed 2 nights with my family but I regretted to stay there. Because before come to hotel I wrote to hotel about a babycot and they replied of course it is ok. When I went to hotel at 10 am I reminded them about babycot and they said of course it is ok. I checked in 2.00 pm they told us sorry we gave babycot to another guest. The room was too old I couldnt sleep confortably because of bed and other furnitures might have insects. Room was scented with room scent too much. When I was in room I...

"2/5 Stars The property appears to be in need of significant maintenance & investment. I couldn’t help but joke that the “palace” seems to have been conquered not by invading armies, but by Father Time. Time laid siege years ago & maintenance never quite reclaimed it. Many areas look weathered & neglected. Unfortunately, our stay reflected that first impression. Reception signage pointed us toward the pool, parking lacked direction, & a male employee greeted my confusion with annoyed...

"Our stay was enjoyable overall, but one thing was very disappointing. The hotel did not provide beach towels, and guests were told to purchase their own. Most tourists don’t travel with beach towels because they expect a beach hotel to provide them. Having to buy towels during our vacation was inconvenient and unnecessary. I hope the hotel considers offering complimentary beach towels in the future, as it would greatly improve the guest experience."

"We stayed 11 days as 3 families and liked the green surroundings and the nearby beach. Employees and fun team are friendly. The cons are the daily buffets and beverages which are below average and quite repetitive. My family initially took the family apartment which turned out to have very old furniture, only one AC in one of the rooms and a very old shower with bad curtains so the water ended up on the floor. We moved next day to an upgraded room which was much more modern even though much...
