"Loved the style of the hotel, staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were good ( not a huge variety though, and more fresh fruit would have been nice).
Restaurant for dinner was nice and the staff great but, again, a few more options would be good. We got the feeling that the hotel may have been geared a little towards business people who only stay a night or two. Our stay was 7 nights, hence the food variety comments. Housekeeping was ok, however items used were not...

"The daily cleaning was not good at all. We tried to explain the issues politely, but nothing improved. The shower and toilet were not cleaned properly. On some days, they didn’t even refill the drinking water.
The breakfast was very repetitive, with the same food served every day and little to no variety.
On the positive side, the bartender was very friendly, and the rest of the staff were also kind and helpful.
The room and the property itself were fine to stay in, but the overall experience...

"I arrived to Milan late and was greeted by hotel staff, offered help with my luggage.
Room was beautifully decorated, quite large and had everything I needed for my one night stay.
Restaurant on the lower level of the property had late night dinner option, staff was incredibly friendly, suggestions for my meal were excellent.
The next morning was buffet style until 10am with a good selection.
Hotel location was perfect for what I needed and I had a great time exploring Milan.
