"O hotel está longe de tudo, é bem Velho, chuveiro não funciona, aquecimento ruim, o quarto 204 fede esgoto, a chave não funciona, só tem uma toalha em um quarto de casal, ficam com o nosso passaporte até o horário da saída e a gente fica sem documento, não tem estacionamento para todos, só tinham 3 vagas no hotel. While it's gorgeous, and someone named Claudia was really helpful and good at communication leading up to the stay, and I really loved the owner Antonio, I had an unfortunate experience. My clothes were stuck in their washer sopping wet at nearly 9pm, and I was to leave the next morning. They needed to lay out to dry overnight.
