"The hotel was average overall. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. We contacted the reception three times, and while the staff were responsive and tried to help, they were unable to fix the issue. As a result, we had to sleep in a very hot room, which made our stay quite uncomfortable. Sadly, because of this experience, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again."

"Personnel juste EXÉCRABLE. On voit bien que dans cet hôtel c'est à la chaîne, aucun service individualisé, manque de respect des employés, on ne parle pas juste de manque d'amabilité, on parle de manque de respect ! C'est la première fois que je vous un service pareil. En revanche, l'endroit est magnifique, mais on s'y sent mal. A fuir !"

"The room was very clean, tv options good and the location convenient to Disney! The daily shuttle was a great amenity and the staff was so friendly!
The pool was amazing, the water warm, we felt recharged and our skin so soft after every swim. The jetted side tubs were great
The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, definitely worth it!
The decor around the hotel was cute and aesthetic
I have nothing negative to say about this stay"

"I just feel the bathroom was a bit dingy. The queues for food on a morning was horrendous.
The pool area was a bit off putting.
Saying that of the above, the hotel was super busy and the staff worked very hard.
My husband picked up little people had just dropped on the floor by the lifts (disgusting people).
The bed was super comfy. Nice 15 minute walk to the parks.
I would stay here again, but it could do with a little update.
If would also recommend this hotel."
