"This is a beautiful hotel expect the roads. The staff were incredibly nice and friendly and the food was good. Breakfast left something to be desire but overall was a great stay. We enjoyed it and had fun. It is also close to the beach which was a plus."

My initial booking included a complimentary airport shuttle, which they failed to provide. However, they made sure my stay was worthwhile. Magdi, the manager, gave me a the password to the WIFI in the suites for free (FYI - you have to pay for the WIFI in the rooms), and they gave me a complimentary ride back to the airport.
