"Beautiful property and comfortable rooms! Loved the waterfalls and landscaping. Enjoyed the live music, the sports bar, and especially the view from our balcony room which A. D. convinced us to upgrade to! He was especially kind and helpful. Stayed one night, would like to see that parking is complimentary if you've booked a stay. "The room was nice and we enjoyed the hot tub.
However there were a few things that weren’t great. The breakfast buffet - super mediocre and not worth $50 for 2 people. Didn’t even have a waffle maker or milk for the cereal. "It is definitely time for updating the floors and room design. They beds aren't as soft as they use to be either, but the breakfast never disappoints! The cook was the most friendliest staff member we encountered! Hats off, young man!"

"The front staff at this hotel is incredibly rude not just to my family but with multiple families we were with. My room bathroom was not clean when we got there. I had to ask multiple times for towels so we could shower and again the front office staff was rude about needing towels. Not enough parking. I would not recommend staying here at all."
