"Great Stay with Excellent Service Despite a Small Hiccup At the beginning of our stay, we were a bit disappointed as we had booked a two-bedroom suite with a jacuzzi, but due to an issue with the room, we were moved to two separate rooms instead. Since we were a group of three, this wasn’t ideal, but the hotel made up for it by offering us a lunch voucher, which we appreciated. From that point on, the rest of our experience was amazing. Katherina at the front desk was especially kind and...

"We love the location of the hotel as well as the property itself. The staff and service were excellent. The food as well was very good. The only issues we had was that the plumbing in our rooms did not drain water from the shower causing a little flood in the bathroom. The hotel staff tried to fix the issue and we were given a new room . However the second room had the same issue. The team continued to try and fix the issue. Aside from this issue we enjoyed our time."
